Q-NEX Console – A Gateway Between the Projector and Home AV Servers
Q-NEX Console is a web-based platform that can help IT administrators remotely control devices, distribute AV contents and manage scheduled list for automatic operation in a school. It makes the work no longer be confined to time and place, so long as there is an Internet access, all the campus devices can be under control by a click.
Q-NEX Console is a gateway between the projector and home AV servers. It’s an easy to install small box that connects to the projector and provides a single point of control for all the functions of the projector. Q-NEX Console has been designed to be used either as a stand-alone device (connected directly to your AV server) or with another device such as your phone or tablet running our Android App which acts as a remote control.

The Audio/Video playlist is a way to play music during the after-class time, listening comprehension tests and campus notifications/ announcements, etc. The admin can broadcast the audio or video using this feature. Available for mandatory broadcast
If the admin wants to play an audio or video for all students in the class, then he can do so by selecting the Mandatory Broadcast option. Available for text notification
Admins can also send text messages to students during their classes, and it will appear as a pop-up on their devices. Admins can even add custom messages from this feature.
You can set devices on campus to turn on before school and turn off after school. Devices can also ring the school bell, play music or video for a class automatically from Monday to Friday during a semester.
Cloud storage is a new way for teachers to share curriculum resources and coursewares in the school. Teachers can upload files to cloud storage for broadcasting, or they can allocate public and individual storage.
